Miss. LBT 7, Guest Instructor CTSFW 5 C: Assoc. Pastor 3 O: COO LBT 9, Fin. Analyst 6.

I am honored to be considered for the office of Secretary of the Synod. My doctoral work in missiology, combined with nearly two decades of cross-cultural ministry experience and current executive leadership of a mission organization, has equipped me to serve the Synod’s confession and mission faithfully. As CEO of Lutheran Bible Translators, Idaily witness how clear communication, careful documentation, and faithful administration enable congregations and ministries to flourish in their calling. I understand the Secretary’s role as essential to supporting our common work “on behalf of congregations to assist them in carrying out their ministries” through excellence in governance and authentic engagement.

and compassionate, listening carefully to those we serve and working collaboratively for the good of Christ’s church.
