Matthew C. Phillips, Lincoln, NE;

Good Shepherd, Lincoln NE (NEB);

LCMS 31; Prof. of History. S: Prof. of History CUNE 22, Bd. CHI 2, CTCR 3, Conv. Deleg. 2. O: Bd. Mem. Higher Things 4.

I believe, teach, and confess the Holy Scriptures as the Word of God and that the Lutheran Confessions are the true exposition of those sacred writings. Previously, I served on the board of the Concordia Historical Institute and, if elected, would do so again. As a historian, I believe my skills and talents could assist the director and staff in their important mission.

Pause and Pray at 3:07 p.m.

At 3:07 each day, remember John 15:7 and pray for Christ's Church, the convention, our leaders, and the work of the Gospel among us.
