To Encourage Acceptance of Triennial Mission and Ministry Emphases

WHEREAS, Bylaw 4.2.1 (b) requires districts to submit triennial mission and ministry emphases for consideration by the national convention; and

WHEREAS, The Florida-Georgia District has identified primary mission emphases through overtures received from the d istrict;

therefore be it

Resolved, That the Synod accept these three as primary mission emphases for the Synod: Making Disciples W ho Make DiscipleMakers, Church Multiplication , and Lutheran Schools as Vital Means of Outreach.
