Blaise Carroll Sedney, Bel Air, MD;

St. Matthew, Bel Air MD (SE); LCMS 49; Pastor. C: Pastor 22. O: Chm. BOD HAR-CO Credit Union 10, COO & CFO Spectera Inc., Personal Fin.

Couns. 36.

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund is one of the treasures with which God has blessed the LCMS to provide for mission and ministry for congregations, schools, and other partners.

LCMS congregants have trusted LCEF with their money and expect LCEF to fund ministries, while receiving a good return on their investment. God has blessed me in my calling both as a pastor and as a CPA with a master’s degree in finance. I have used those gifts to help churches and individuals.

The LCMS is at a point where innovation and restoration need to occur in ministries. LCEF has developed a unique staff in growing the Body of Christ.
