Personal Statement

We have the best trained people. Let’s unleash the laity and send them as living epistles next door and around the world for faithful witness in this new missionary age. Because this mobilization requires practical structure to thrive, I marry my love for ministry on the ground with the effective administration necessary to navigate our complex landscape. I find deep satisfaction in blessing the church by clearing the path for our people to fulfill their calling.

Our world is dying for the Gospel; resurrection power is exactly what it needs. Galatians 2:20.

Pause and Pray at 3:07 p.m.

At 3:07 each day, remember John 15:7 and pray for Christ's Church, the convention, our leaders, and the work of the Gospel among us.
