Personal Statement

We are the Body of Christ, so we imitate Him, not the world with its division and political schemes. We have a rich heritage as Bible-believing, Book of Concord Lutherans. Our congregations and schools are on the front lines, and they desire to be supported and heard. I am deeply grateful for all our professional workers, as well as for our gifted laity! In recent years the LCMS has had great impact internationally, and now is the time to focus on the mission of Jesus right here in America. We have many challenges and beautiful opportunities! In Christ alone, we are stronger together!
