Jay A. Krause, Maryville, IL; Good Shepherd, Collinsville IL (SI); LCMS 64; Prin. O: Fundraising, Tchr. 41, Admissions Couns., Asst. Prof. Behavioral Serv., Exec. Dir. High School Assocs.

I am honored to be nominated for the Concordia University, Nebraska, Board of Regents and am a proud graduate of CUNE from 1984. CUNE has in many ways defined who I am as a commissioned minister of the LCMS, having served now for 42 years in various administrative roles at the secondary and university levels. It is a critical time in our lives, and reaching more young people with the Gospel of Jesus has to be at the forefront of what we do. The challenge today is to create more opportunities for young people to go into the service of the church.

Pause and Pray at 3:07 p.m.

At 3:07 each day, remember John 15:7 and pray for Christ's Church, the convention, our leaders, and the work of the Gospel among us.
