Education in a distinctly Lutheran environment is critical
for our children, church, and society. CUNE is a leader in forming Lutheran church workers and laity. I was blessed with CUNEtrained elementary teachers and have trained Concordia graduates as a professor. Our children are CUNE graduates who continued through the seminary to placement. I have engaged with LCMS educational institutions at every level and will build on my experiences in administration and academic program management to guide and build CUNE programs that enhance doctrinal foundations and strengthen the institution while building the skills of Lutheran school teachers and other professional church workers along with Lutheran laypersons as they develop their vocations.
