The preparation of pastors for LCMS congregations is an essential function of our Synod. I am grateful to God for providing CTSFW for that purpose and would be honored to support the seminary’s work through service on its Board of Regents.
The faculty and staff of CTSFW walk together in their faithfulness to Holy Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions. Therefore, support by its Board of Regents serves the mission of the Synod as being “committed to a common confession and mission … to work in support of and on behalf of congregations, to assist them in carrying out their ministries” (Bylaw 1.1.1).
