As an alumnus (M.Div. ‘05) now leading global mission work, I understand how seminary formation shapes lifelong pastoral effectiveness. My doctoral studies, cross-cultural Bible translation experience, and organizational leadership provide perspective on preparing pastors for diverse ministry contexts while remaining rooted in Lutheran confessional identity.
